The part of the job you never see
Most asphalt that fails early in Central Florida fails from underneath. Sandy soil shifts and water finds the weak spots. So we put the time into what's below the blacktop, then tell you in writing how thick each layer will be.Most asphalt that fails early in Central Florida fails from underneath. The way we work is simple. Show up when we say we will, put the work into the base, and give you a price that matches the invoice. The person who measures your job is the one you can call while it's being paved.
We're a certified women-owned business, working under a Florida general contractor license. Milling, sealcoating and line striping are all in our own lineup, so a parking lot can go from tear-out to fresh stall lines with one company.
Paving questions we hear a lot
How much does asphalt paving cost in Orlando?
It comes down to square footage, how thick the asphalt needs to be, and how much base work the site needs. As an estimate, new asphalt runs about $7–$13 per square foot installed, and an overlay $3–$7. A simple overlay costs far less than a full tear-out. We measure on site and give you a written price, free. See the cost guide.
How soon can I drive on new asphalt?
Plan on keeping cars off for a few days, longer in peak summer heat. We'll give you a specific time for your job before we leave.
Should I resurface or replace?
If the base is solid and the damage is on the surface, an overlay usually makes sense. Widespread alligator cracking, sinking or standing water points to a base problem, and that means replacement.
How often should asphalt be sealcoated in Florida?
Every two to three years is a common schedule here, because the sun is hard on asphalt. New pavement needs time to cure before its first coat.
