Who we are: a local Orlando paving contractor. Asphalt is the center of what we do, driveways, parking lots, private roads, overlays, sealcoating and repair, with brick pavers and concrete for owners who want them. We work across Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties for homeowners, property managers and business owners.
The person who measures is the person you call
Paving goes wrong in the handoffs: a salesperson promises one thing, a crew shows up with another. We keep it short. The person who walks your property and writes the estimate is the person who answers the phone while the work is happening, and who walks the finished job with you at the end.
Women-owned and state-licensed
Orlando FL Paving holds Women's Business Enterprise certification from WBENC, the national council that vets women-owned firms. That matters to property managers and public buyers who track supplier diversity. Our work runs under a Florida Certified General Contractor license, so site prep and demolition sit within our reach as well as the asphalt itself, and we hold accreditation with the Better Business Bureau.
A lot of jobs need more than fresh blacktop. We mill worn asphalt down before an overlay, fill and seal cracks, pour concrete, sealcoat, and lay line striping, including heavy-duty thermoplastic markings that outlast paint on busy lots. Not sure what your pavement needs? Ask for a consultation before anything gets priced.
Central Florida ground is its own problem
Orlando sits on sand. It drains fast in places and holds water in others, and it shifts when a summer storm soaks it. Add oak and palm roots, low lots near the lakes and afternoon downpours most of the summer, and you get asphalt that cracks and sinks long before it should. Almost every early failure we tear out traces back to what was under the asphalt, not the asphalt itself.

Why we spend our time below the blacktop
A good driveway starts with digging out soft and root-filled soil, bringing in limerock base, grading it so water leaves the surface, and compacting it in lifts before any asphalt shows up. It is slow work, it doesn't look like much, and it is the reason a surface stays flat. That's why our estimate states the base work and the compacted asphalt thickness in writing, so you can compare it line by line.
A driveway job, start to finish
- We walk the site, measure, check drainage and look at what is there now.
- You get a written estimate: square footage, base work, asphalt thickness, tear-out and price.
- We schedule a day, tell the neighbors if trucks will be on the street, and protect lawns and edges.
- Old surface out, base built and compacted, asphalt laid and rolled, edges finished.
- We walk it with you and tell you exactly when you can drive on it.
The cheap work that saves the expensive work
Most of the asphalt we replace could have lasted years longer. In Orlando the sun dries out the binder that holds asphalt together, and summer storms push water into every crack. A crack left open for a season becomes a soft spot, and a soft spot becomes a pothole. Crack filling and a fresh sealcoat every two to three years cost a fraction of a new driveway, which is why we will often tell you to do that first and wait on the bigger job.
We would rather earn a maintenance customer for ten years than sell one replacement you didn't need. When you call about a driveway that looks tired, expect us to tell you whether it is a surface problem or a base problem, and to price the cheaper fix when it will genuinely work.
Asphalt first, with pavers and concrete when they fit
Asphalt is what we do most, because it is the most economical surface for long drives, private roads and parking lots in Central Florida. Some homes and neighborhoods are better served by brick pavers or concrete, whether that is an HOA rule, a pool deck that should match, or an owner who wants a surface that can be lifted and reset around tree roots. We install all three and price them side by side, so the decision is yours rather than whatever a crew happens to specialize in.
Commercial work without closing your doors
For retail centers, offices, churches and HOAs, the hardest part of paving is keeping people moving. We phase the work, pave at night or on weekends where needed, keep accessible spaces open, and give you a written schedule you can send to tenants. Striping, wheel stops and signage are part of the same job.
What's on every estimate we write
Square footage measured on site. Compacted asphalt thickness. Base work, including any dig-out. Tear-out and haul-away. Drainage changes. Striping, if it's a lot. And a total that matches the invoice unless you change the scope. Our typical ranges are on the cost guide, and every price there is an estimate until we have measured.
Where we draw the line
- We won't knock on your door with "leftover asphalt from a job down the street."
- We won't pave over a failed base and call it a new driveway.
- We won't quote by the job without measuring, then add square footage later.
- We won't sealcoat over open cracks and potholes.
- We won't ask for most of the money before any work is done.
