In short: parking lot paving in Orlando typically runs $2–$4.50 per square foot as an estimate, depending on thickness, base repairs and how the work is phased. Re-striping alone costs far less and is priced per job.

Paving a lot without closing it
Most lots can't shut down for a week. We split the work into sections, pave at night or on weekends where needed, and keep entrances and accessible spaces usable. You get a written phasing plan with the estimate so tenants and customers can be told in advance.
Overlay, mill or reconstruct?
- Overlay: a new asphalt layer over a lot with a sound base. Fastest and lowest cost.
- Mill and overlay: grind off the top layer first, so curbs, drains and doorways stay at the right height.
- Full reconstruction: where the base has failed, with alligator cracking and standing water across large areas.
Striping and markings
After paving or sealcoating we lay out stall lines, arrows, fire lanes, crosswalks and accessible parking spaces with the required access aisles and signage. Re-striping a faded lot is one of the cheapest ways to make a property look cared for.

Parking lot paving questions
Can you work at night or on weekends?
Yes. Night, weekend and phased schedules are common on retail and office lots, and we plan them with you before work starts.
Do you handle accessible parking spaces?
Yes. We lay out accessible stalls, access aisles and the required signs as part of striping.
How often should a parking lot be sealcoated?
Commonly every two to three years in Florida, with crack filling first so water doesn't get into the base.
